The sunshine gods were smiling on me this AM with another beautiful morning for the commute in to work. A slight east wind kept me breathing heavy, but the return trip saw an even stronger NE wind, so once i got out of the stoplights, i put the screws to it. I saw several sustained sections near 300W, rolling at about 45kph. another good day with the double ride to help drop the Frank Rizzo POUNDS BABY!
